We have indoor and outdoor space available for use and hire. The Ben is our largest, indoor multi-purpose room suited to fitness groups and can be set up with tables for corporate meetings, parties or classes.

Our site is available for event hire out-with accommodation. Our large, paved courtyard is surrounded by charming, converted farm buildings. This space was due to host the Arran Spring Festival, with a focus on sustainability and seasonality of food and local produce. The Courtyard can be utilised in many different ways to suit your event. Also, you can make use of the grassed area next to the duck pond with stunning sea, mountain, moor and forest views and a play area which is sure to keep little ones entertained.
An indoor option is our converted barn ‘The Ben’ which is a modern, open space, flexible for your requirements. A large car park provides ample parking; from here a path guides you to the courtyard. Two accessible toilets are available within the courtyard buildings.
